Jaldi is a sales/CRM SAAS platform with a web admin app and an android/iOS application. It allows sales managers to upload and manage their leads and allows sales agents to process these leads through their mobile apps. Our agency was responsible for the platform’s complete technical architecture and design.

Opportunity

Our team performed the complex voice-over IP (VOIP) integration with the Jaldi iOS and Android app. We integrated dialers from a domestic telecom operator Jazz and an international VOIP provider Infobip.

Jaldi users were able to call their clients locally and internationally over the internet directly from the Jaldi app. This also allowed admins to enable call recordings and manage telecom billing centrally at their end for all their users.
